Can you write your own CV? Of course you can. In the same way as anyone can write a story; write a song; cook a meal…but how good will it be?

So, why write your own CV? For one thing it will be cheaper, and secondly it may be quicker to get done.

Price or Value?

A good CV can be the difference between getting and interview and getting rejected. What price do you put on that? But it’s not about price, it’s about value. If you don’t get the interview then you cannot get the job – it’s impossible – and that’s the value of a great CV. It gets you a ticket into the room so that you have a chance of getting the job.

I charge a maximum of £99.99 to write a CV, and that can be spread over 4 months at no extra cost if you need to do that. Full pricing can be found here.

Need a new CV quickly?

I usually take 3-4 days to write a CV, but only because I like to work on a CV for a couple of hours, and then review what I’ve written the next day until I’m happy it’s as good as I can make it.

But, if you’re in a rush I can turn it around within 24 hours, though that’s dependent on how quickly you can come back to me with any additional information I may need. There is no extra charge for this.

Free Review

If you have an existing CV I will review it free of charge. You’ll get a 2 page analysis of your CV and some pointers as to what’s right about it, and what needs improving. You can use this to improve your CV, or you can let me do it with the reassurance that, if you don’t like it, I’ll give you your money back.
